1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS • Simply accessing the site or paying for a course binds you to these rules. • By using this website, enrolling in a course, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions set forth by Licensed Career Institute LLC. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
2. ELIGIBILITY • Adults 18 + (or otherwise legally able) with accurate registration info. • To enroll in any course or use services offered by Licensed Career Institute LLC, you must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Accurate and current information is required during registration.
3. TUITION AND PAYMENT POLICY • Pay first, no refunds, credit good for one year. • Tuition must be paid in full before access to any class is granted. • All tuition payments are non-refundable. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled course, school credit issued by Licensed Career Institute LLC remains valid for one (1) year and may be applied to any future class. • Licensed Career Institute LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational needs. In such cases, school credit will be issued.
4. COURSE COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION • Finish all work; receive digital proof within seven business days. • Certificates of completion are awarded to individuals who satisfy all coursework, attendance, and assessment requirements. • Certificates are issued digitally by Licensed Career Institute LLC within seven (7) business days after successful completion is confirmed.
5. CONDUCT AND USE • Be honest, lawful, and safeguard your login. • Provide accurate, truthful information at all times. • Refrain from disruptive behavior, impersonation, or any unlawful activity. • Keep login credentials secure and accept responsibility for activity conducted under your account. • Licensed Career Institute LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these conditions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY • All course material belongs to the Institute—no copying without permission. • All educational materials, branding, digital assets, and course content are the exclusive property of Licensed Career Institute LLC. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized use without written consent is prohibited.
7. PRIVACY • Your information is handled under our posted Privacy Policy. • Use of this website and associated services is subject to the Privacy Policy of Licensed Career Institute LLC. Personal information is not shared without consent, except as required by law.
